Not financial advice
Trade Shastra provides market data, scans, backtests and research tools for information and education only. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative or crypto-asset. Signals and backtests are based on historical data, can be wrong, and past performance does not indicate future results. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
What free accounts include
Free accounts have read-only access to market data and research features. They do not place real trades, and they do not connect to any brokerage account. We may change, limit or withdraw features at any time.
Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data or administrative functions, probe or overload the service, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully. We may rate-limit, suspend or remove accounts that do.
Data and third parties
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may be interrupted or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by changing the date above; continued use means you accept the update. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
